Coordinate System Transformation Algorithm for transformations that involves at least one ideal frame.

Parameters:
  • t (float, 1-D array (n)) – Time

  • ri (ndarray (3,)/(3, n)) – Position in source frame

  • vi (ndarray (3,)/(3, n)) – Velocity in target frame

  • frame_source (Frame class instance) – Source frame

  • frame_target (Frame class instance) – Target frame

  • eph (Ephemeris class) – Ephemeris class

  • crtbp (CRTBP class) – CRTBP class

Returns:

  • rf (ndarray (3,)/(3, n)) – Position in target frame

  • vf (ndarray (3,)/(3, n)) – Velocity in target frame
